This awesome music camp is tried and true... chock-full of music games and theory!! We will get a head start on the new Theory curriculum while incorporating tons of games and challenges to reinforce new concepts. Old favourites like Fiddlesticks (ask my students how good I am at that one!), Jingle Jenga and Scale Scramble are a given, while Rhythm Cup Explorations (think "The Cup Song"), Giant Domi-"notes", Escape the Music Room and Clash of the Composers are some of this year's new samplers.
A new addition to this year's line-up is MUSICAL S.T.E.M... This is the most exciting thing to hit summer camps since Boomwhackers!

Every day we will have a mini science lesson, complete an experiment and link that to a new piece of music for us to learn. How cool is that?
If you're looking for a camp that is days of Musical Magic - including some basic composition, history and composers, note reading, rhythm, singing, dancing and even SCIENCE experiments - LOOK NO FURTHER - we've got it ALL!

Cost: (Tuition INCLUDES: craft/experiment materials, snacks and lots of water to drink!)
Full week - 9am to 4pm: Only $250 per child & $225 for siblings each
As an added bonus, register a friend and receive $50 off camp tuition!
Before care (as early as 8 am) and aftercare (until 5:30 pm) is available at an extra charge of $10 per half hour.

Registration for each session closes 2 weeks before the start date. Should you cancel at least 14 days prior to
the start of your camp session The Kitchener Academy of Music will issue a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel camp sessions due to insufficient enrolment. Final payment is due no later than June 30th.
