Songwriting - create words your listeners will never forget!
It all starts with a song. A great song is what drives all the other things that eventually create a life-changing experience for the listener. Songwriting sessions are a valuable path for poets and folks who like to journal or just write songs.
At The Kitchener Academy of Music you will learn from accomplished songwriters currently receiving royalties from their published works how to structure your thoughts in a way that leaves the listener with a memorable hook, as well as an inspiring or thought-provoking lyric. We also direct you on how to get your final work copyright registered.
Our music composition and songwriting instructors are warm and friendly, and get to know each student on a personal level. We work with you to craft a lesson plan that fits your individual needs and the student’s favourite type of music. No matter what your reasoning is for learning composition is, your teachers will help you set goals to achieve your musical aspirations.
$150/month for weekly 30 minute private lessons, with a one-time $25 registration fee. Longer lessons are available upon request, contact us at tkaminfo@gmail.com for more information on extended lessons.
